Free Quilt Ideas and Fabric
Quiltingcotton.com has quilt ideas for you, and their fabrics pages have a link at the bottom of each fabric swatch that says "Download to EQ4." Click it, you'll see the fabric swatch, right-click on the swatch, choose "save picture as" and choose to save as a bitmap. Save them to a folder you make, then in EQ5, open that folder and import the fabric.
