"Where's My EQ7?": a report on shipping progress

A huge thanks to all who ordered EQ7 and EQ7 Upgrade. Many have received your order; others are waiting and wondering. So here are some FAQ's about how shipping is going, so you'll know more about when to expect your order.

Q: Won't I get a confirming email about my order?
You will, but not until a few days before your order is shipped. If we have a valid email address for you, you will get an email when your order reaches processing and your card is charged. If your order goes UPS you will get a second email when your order has been shipped, with your UPS tracking number (US only -- all other orders are shipped by US mail ).

Q: I thought you were shipping everything June 7?!
Our goal was to BEGIN shipping individual orders June 7th. We began shipping before that. But it will take us about a month or more to ship all orders.

Q: Why do some people have their orders and others don't?
EQ7's launch was a huge success. (THANK YOU!) As a result we have tons of orders to ship out, and have only enough women-power to ship out about 700 boxes a day. Right now we are shipping individual orders in the U.S. We will then start in on non-US orders which we send last simply because each takes more time to prepare because each needs its own custom label.

As I write this, on June 9, we are now shipping US orders in the order in which they were received. This means that if your friend has her EQ7 from us, and you are still waiting, it means she ordered hers before you did. At this point the people who have their EQ7 programs from us were the very early orderers.

Q: I ordered at the same time as my friend. She has her EQ7 but I do not. Why?
It may be that: a) your credit card was declined because your card expired; b) your shipping address does not match your billing address, or there was some other problem with your order. Don't worry. You will get an email from us describing the problem we're having with your order and how to remedy it. When we resolve the problem your order will go right back into the ready-to-pack queue.

Q: I ordered at the last minute. Does this mean I'll get my program last?
Yes it probably does. We thank you for your order and for your patience.

Q: How long will it take you to finish shipping?
We are working very hard to get all orders out in as timely a manner as we can. We *plan* to finish U.S. orders and begin shipping foreign orders during the third week of June.

Q: What should I do after I install my EQ7?
Watch the 10 videos. Click HELP > EQ Lessons and print out the lessons and work through them. Look at HELP > How do I?... to familiarize yourself with these handy stepped-out instructions for doing many tasks you may want to do. Have fun and get ready for more fun that will be coming up. We will have a new Web site mystery quilt project coming up in the future.
