Modified Giant Dahlia I decided to go for a pieced and appliqued center. I wanted everyone to keep the Drunkards Path and the Sun blocks light and airy so as not to overpower the dahlia. - Pauline

The second border by Ann Sterling, an original block done in easy draw (might not be so easy to work up.) It took me all day to do this last border. I tried many different appliques, and different border styles before being satisfied with this one. - Verona

Exotic Garden I was playing around
with some blocks and this design appeared. I like flowers and the setting was a bit
like Japanese cherry blossom. - Ineke de Roos the Netherlands

Not so crazy! I love modern quilts. This combination of 4 crazy quilt blocks formed a star, I was happily surprised and kept it for the center of my quilt.

I decided to go simple and make this a patriotic theme quilt. I seem to be in that mood right now.

Tulips and Sunbonnets are amongst others my favorite subjects. So this is a combined design. I think it would make a pretty quilt on a girls bed. I hope you can make my garden grow. Have fun designing the borders, Grace, Marilyn and Joann. Kind regards from Ineke de Roos the Netherlands

This is my first Round Robin. One
of my first quilts was a large wall hanging of leaves similar to these on a black background.
I thought they'd make a good start to a small wall hanging.

Stars Galore
This is the pattern I am using for my scrap quilt. Where the dark stars are it is dark scraps and the light stars are light scraps. Where the green is I used a red paisley print and the light triangles are scraps of light. Give me some interesting borders to put on this quilt. Of course the real one is much larger, queen size, to use a lot of scraps, hopefully.

Have fun with this virtual quilt. Add borders and try to keep the same feel as the center. I guess I am looking for bright/grandma's quilt. This is very vauge but I really don't have any restrictions on this quilt. I love the moda fabrics and fabrics having a tone on tone effect. Love calicos and anything with small prints. You can use Paper piecing, applique, country set or whatever your heart desires. I for one love paper piecing.
