Erin's fabrics looked like sherbet. This quilt was designed with a young girl's room in mind. How pretty and fresh the colors would be.

Great color combination:
#99:  I kept staring at this quilt...it seems to look almost like stained glass to me, it's really lovely.

Beautiful Applique:
#100:  I love the traditional log cabin layout with the applique in the center.

Chicago, IL

This fabric collection looks like the hottest new florals for spring. So what better way to show it off than in a purse collection??

Lots of fun and beautiful colors after a dreary winter.

Maineville, OH

I usually work with small scale prints, so these fabrics were a challenge for me. I used EQ5 so that the file would be accessible to all participants. However, this design and several others that I played with look significantly different in EQ6.

Oregon

This is a fun block for using lots of different fabrics. Due to file size restrictions, I had to narrow my choices. If you reverse the coloring strategy so that the "butterflies" are all one color and the "pie wedges" are different colors/fabrics, you get an interesting trellis design.

Most Whimsical:
#102:  What fun quilts- I guess the fabric is meant to be made into handbags too!

So Summery:
#104:  I think it was the butterfly floral shapes that really said summer to me.

My first EQ Challenge. I love the fabrics.
