I printed this label recently to put on the back of a wedding quilt for a friend.

The overlaid blocks with alphabet and toys are great to use for the border of a label for a baby quilt.

The label is a horizontal 1 block quilt with sashing.
I used a simple block in the sashing and Teddy bears in the corner blocks as these should print effectively.

The quilt name and recipient will be written on the heart shaped motif, date and signature overlaps the block
The decoration is one of the flower stencils modified.

Inspired by the border on my checks.

Print without "outline patches" and without "outline blocks". Adjust print margins for size of label & placement on printout.

This could also be made as a tag for a wrapped gift.

This label could be used for a Quilt of Valor Quilt. Notice the Stars and Stripe Font used for the text.

I do 8-10 Jo's projects each year. Before the shop's annual show of our projects, I am scrambling to put labels on all my quilts. This was the "label" used for all the projects made last year. The block used to border the label was one of the block designs we received as part of the group. Notice all the Jo's fabric in the coloring.

I did the label with Bubble Jet and a fine cotton

I needed a quick label for our guild opportunity quilt. Using border blocks from EQ6, I created this second option and added my text.
I also realized this could be used as stationary paper borders by printing the quilt on paper, and resending it through the printer for letter data. Real easy to change to seasonal colors.

Autumn Quilt Label

This is an actual label that I used on a baby quilt.

Nashville, TN

I considered this one for a baby quilt. I still like it but decided to use the heart label instead since the front of the quilt had hearts on it. I normally use some element from the quilt as part or all of the label.

I absolutely love NYB-Blocks. And I think this label would be just perfect for a NYB-Quilt The block is one of my designs.

I chose a border from EQ6's given Auto Borders. I like Flying Geese borders. I set it with brown colos as I thing they would match a autumn quilt perfectly.

After manipulating this digital picture of a fern growing in our backyard with Corel Paint Shop Pro, I printed it out on a 36" roll of cotton on our large format printer. And then I quilted this whole cloth quilt top on a long arm quilting machine at one of our local quilt shops. My husband was very pleased with the result. He even made a quilt hanger for it in the woodworking shop at our retirement community. So together with this label we have documented a family treasure for our children and grandchildren.

This is similar to the label that I made for a quilt challenge. I edited the writing on this label. (I had more details about the picture and who I had made the quilt for, as well as processes used, in the original label.)
I used a picture of the EQ quilt project to put on the label. The coloured blocks on each side represent the actual fabrics used in the quilt which I attached to the label .

This label is for a quilt I have nearly finished for my son Miles. He loves airplanes and spaceships, hence the design for the border.

The label is for a quilt I have just finished for my brother's wedding this summer. The color scheme and double wedding rings border reflect the design of the quilt.

This would be a good label for my grandson, Michael's, I Spy quilt.

My sister just bought her first home and I wanted to make her a quilt with her favorite, roses. This label will finish it perfectly.
