Mosaic Gates
This is the same quilt as the first, but with a different border where I tried to continue the quilt blocks into the border. I think I almost succeeded, but various colourings showed me that I could still come up with something better.

Star Crossed
I used the block "Crosses and Star" and delelted the star
in one of the new blocks. In the other altered block I deleted the center
square. This quilt is set on point.

Floating
I used the "Merry Kite" block. Removing different lines in
each of the alternate blocks gives the design the illusion of floating.

In the middle is the original block!

Crushed Jewels
The four white blocks are the Jewel block in disguise. The two other
blocks are usd throughout in a symetrical fashion. after lots of trial
variations this seemed worth keeping.
