Strick of Light
I was traveling in Utah after a rain Storm and looked off the side of
a mountain and saw a strick of light coming thru the clouds and shining
on the land below. This quilt give you an idea of what I saw.
The yellow is the light, the orange is the color of the earth, the blue is the mountains and the green is the landscrape.

I started this project on July 4th by searching the web for needle point
bargello designs. One of the designs I found was in red, white and blue
design that I thought would be a challenge to convert in to a quilt
design.
The project changed and developed into these two quilts. Stars and Stripes
and Independance Rose.
